How it Works:
Once your blood biomarkers and lab work results are ready, your report will be emailed to you. We will automatically update your monthly Health Pak to include all of the exact whole food nutrients your results tell us you need to reach optimal health.
After your first month you will automatically receive a monthly subscription of your own customized Health Pak containing 60 packets with 7 customized supplements, specific to your needs as determined by your results, for only $140 month. Every 6 months, we will send an email notification as a reminder to renew your blood and lab work.
